Chilliwave is an on-call, in-home tech support service provided by our fully-vetted team of technicians.

Is ChilliwaveTech available in my area?

Chilliwave is available in the Greater Phoenix area. We also service remote areas.

What are your hours?

Typically we do not schedule any service jobs ealier than 7 a.m. and no later than 5 p.m. on any given day, 7 days a week.
We can accommodate your schedule if you need after hours services.

Is my service guaranteed?

We guarantee our service for 30 days.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call Support at 1-800-640-9005.

You may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment no less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time, without a fee.
A $50 cancellation fee will be applied to cancellations with less than a 24 hour notice before a confirmed appointment.

How do I set up an appointment?

Select the service you need from the pricing page. Then call us to provide a few details about your issue and the location where you need service. We will disscuss a time that works for you for the service. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your appointment is confirmed.

How soon can I schedule my appointment?

You can request in-home service as soon as the next day.

How am I billed for service?

We will email you a link to pay with Paypal once the service is complete. Your deposit will be applied to your total due ammount. If you do not have a paypal account, you may also pay directly with your credit card through the same link we send you.
